Gino and the gang at the shop did a beautiful job on some extensive rear body repairs.  I'm entitled to be fussy since it's an Acura.  As expected, the paint matches and all the new trim aligns as it did from the factory. You might need to be patient because parts are a little slow in coming due to manufacturing delays, not the shops fault. Thanks All.

I brought my car here for repairs covered by my insurance. My experience was exceptional. From the opening of the claim to picking up the repaired car, every step was without issues. The customer service agent was courteous and helpful during all communications. The repair consultant was professional and helpful. The rental car was ready and waiting when I arrived, and the repairs were completed two days earlier than expected. Picking up my car was as simple as walking into the garage and picking up the keys, and the interior of the car was spic and span. It is such a great pleasure to deal with people who are professional and enjoy their jobs. Well done!

Great garage! From my experience they have quality service and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It took several weeks for them to receive the bumper and then, I had to call to enquire. They were not calling me. Gave me an appointment to bring my car in on a Wednesday for repair. One week later, I still do not know when I will get my car back. Two days after bringing them my car, I was told that they could not start working on my car before the following Monday. Why did they have me bring my car 5 days early? No matter who I call, I always get voicemail and have to leave a message. Cannot reach anyone directly.

Had a small accident and was so glad to have used this one-stop-shop for instance, garage and car rental all run by TD insurance.   The service provided by TD's reps Filipa and Bobbie wes outstanding and went beyond simple courtesy.  The garage manager Ellie was also very detail oriented and thorough. First visit they assess damage and decide which parts to order then send you home with your car if it can still be driven. Waited 10 days then got a call to bring the car and take a rental which was ready for us a soon as we arrived.  A week later we picked up our fixed car and returned our rental. Each visit went fast and smooth.  I hope I don't need to use them again but I'm glad I'm covered by TD in case I need their service again.

Worse experience ever... I was asked to pick up a vehicle that was worked on there today and they rushed me to pick it up today itself at 6:30pm. They advice the vehicle is cleaned in and out and ready to go. Upon arrival and paying the due and I got the car key and I started it, there is a flat tire on the front left. I told the staff and they advice to bring it in and 2 guys from the shop were trying to figure out how to use a Tire Inflator and failed and asked a body man to use it put air as he is the only one who knows how to use the Tire Inflator. After he put air in one of the tire I asked if they can verify other 3 tires as well? And estimator Chris said ok and said he will verify it. And he told me all is well. I drive away for a quick meeting near by the shop and when I return the air on the other 3 tires were low and tpms warning was there. As I was beside the body shop I took it back and Chris was there along with the painter and they open the garage and said to come in and goes sorry we only have one Tire Inflator and that belong to the body man and he locked it and gone home hence we cannot do anything. This shop is terrible as they don’t even check the vehicle before you pick up the car and return the vehicle with a flat tire?? Also there was a damage to the rim which was not even fixed. Please stay away from these guys as TD is just out to fraud the client by saying you get a life time warranty only if you stay with TD as your insurance... if you switch insurance your life time warranty is gone... find a different shop who check your vehicle and fix it and deliver it to you properly.  Very disappointed they only have one Tire Inflator.... what a joke....

Awful service nobody can do there job correctly. I got blamed for my bumper coming off when they didn’t even clip it right. I gave them my car Honda civic 2010 My car wasn’t rattling when I gave them it but when I got it back it was I told them the problem and they kept saying it was my car from being old. I went to a garage they told me it was from the accident my clip holding my exhaust fell off and that was making the noise took them 2 minutes to fix. I wouldn’t recommend coming here they treat you poorly and couldn’t care less about you or your car.
