TD Canada Trust

This has to be one of the worst TD banks I have ever dealt with. It actually made me realize that I will never bank with TD again and cannot wait to move my mortgage. Austin Forry has to be one of the most incompetent bank employees I have dealt with. He literally will never get back to you and you are constantly having to get back to him DAYS after you have not heard anything. I had a problem that needed to be resolved ASAP due to it being related to a mortgage. The guy never even got back to me. Luckily I made an appointment with another branch and had my issue dealt with. Its been like 5 or 6 weeks and I still havent heard from Austin. What a joke this branch is.

Typical big bank. Your a number, they will charge you tons of fees for work they won't do. Would not recommend anytime of mortgage through them. Tons of admin charges but will do everything to not actually do the work.nnTried contacting them for help to resolve and still waiting to hear back.nnWas hoping to post a great review but this hasn't been a good experience.nn**Edit to Response”nnYou have all our information and we are still awaiting someone to reach out.nn***Second Edit****nReached out as TD wouldn't reach out to me and still got nothing. Well after the holiday i guess just close up shop and go find someone who wants our banking.

Completely inept. Have been trying for 3 months to get help on my mortgage. Do your banking elsewhere. TD used to be great.nnUpdated: You have all my information. Do your job please.

We love TD Bank, and it’s because of people like Suzanne Jones the branch manager. I wish we had something like this back in the US. She has made our day, our week, and our new year! We are so grateful. She made some thing that felt complex so easy.

We had a meeting with Austin and Shabnam yesterday. They were fantastic, very knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a lot of questions, and very impressed with their service. Thank you again, Lindsay Carlson
