Today at around 10:30am at the Ladner, British Columbia branch I dealt with a uncaring bank manager. Earlier in the morning I spoke with a person in the TD bank fraud department concerning the cancellation of my debit card, Which we agreed it was in my best interest to cancel the card and go to my nearest branch to get a new card. A few months ago I had fraud on my account and instead of issuing me a brand new card, they reissued the same card # as before so this is why I was recommended to do this. When I arrived at the Ladner branch I was told by two employees and the branch manager that there was no way I could get a new bank card without ID. I had my passport (which expired a few days ago) birth certificate, and a copy of my driver's license paper. I had explained to them my situation over and over again concerning my wallet being stolen and that new identification was being sent in the mail. I specifically told them that all my money was in my account, literally all of it. The ladner bank manager continued to tell me that there was absolutely no way she could issue me a new card. I told her that I had already made TWO calls to TD canada trust fraud department and they had informed me that I COULD in fact be issued a new card. I told her to call TD bank and discus the matter with them as I felt herself and staff were incompetent and couldn't handle or feel for me in my situation. I felt utterly helpless, for me it was terrible. When all was said and done and nothing got accomplished, I got up from her chair and began walking out of the bank managers office. On my way out I could here the bank manager and one of the employees laughing. I'm outraged! I'm hoping that my message doesn't go unheard and that this doesn't happen to anybody else at the Ladner, British Columbia TD Bank branch. PS. I had $2.85 cents in my cup holder which I had to use for gasoline to drive to steveston TD bank where they issued me a new card immediately. If you have a choice of using this branch, don't, at least not until the managers and staff are replaced with competent employees.

Mediocre service. Need to be better at being not just courteous but what's lacking big time is being personal, otherwise the politeness comes off as phony, condescending or forced. And if i have to explain it then it's pointless, they either get it or they dont and they either care or they dont. There are better TDs with better service, thia one is not one of them.

Wow! What a horrible branch. Came in to open an RESP account for my 6 week old baby, Dominic. Kerrie the woman I was booked with greeted me by saying "have you heard of the Dominic the Donkey song, oh you probably don't want to hear it". Thank you for insulting my 6 week old child! Completely horrible customer service, no knowledge of setting up the account, will never return to this branch! Not only that it took 3 people to greet (lack there of) and assist with checking in for the appointment.

I've been a customer since 1971 with the TD Bank. The staff have always been great until today. I went in to pay my bills. I was the only one in line, a till becomes available, someone walks in after me and the teller (a new young employee) told me he would like to serve the person from another line first even though they came in after me! I was livid! When I later got served by the business teller, he apologized for the other tellers rudeness.

if only i can give zero i did already! so disappointed with that indian lady I guest? . im asking for the break down at why is it too much and she start computing my past transaction which i already paid ! i repeat and she said she understand. Last time again she hold me for more than an hour!
