Hello TD Cole Harbour NS. I wanted to give a fantastic review to Vatsal Bardot, Personal Banking Associate working at your branch. Vatsal was in charge of completing three large personal, but separate bank transactions, that were all connected to a complicated but important conclusion. After meeting with Vatsal and explaining what banking needs we required and how we wanted to proceed with these transaction, Vatsal reviewed the request, making sure everything was understood correctly and from there, suggested a good plan of action, that was easily understood by my spouse and myself. We agreed to the plan of action and watched Vatsal complete everything requested, in a professional but very friendly manner. Vatsal is fantastic at his job and made our banking experience “top notch”. In the end, we built a strong banking relationship with Vatsal and we will be sure to request Vatsal for any of our future banking needs. We also will be sure to refer Vatsal to anyone we know. To whom this may regard, I have been a customer with TD for almost 8 years now it disheartens me to say that for the second time a TD ATM at your branch has taken my money without depositing into my account. I have insurance and bills I have to pay and unfortunately I will be the one paying the price of the NSF, Bad Credit, and also have to pay my insurance in full due to the machine malfunction. I rely on TD for my banking. I called and spoke to customer service super visor and they told me I have to wait 3-5 business days upon further request she said she would bump it on the priority and she couldn’t guarantee I would get the money deposited any sooner. I am very disappointed as I pay bank fees and can’t rely on a simple 640$ deposit. This is the second time This has happened. I will be voicing my experience online to see how many other people this has happened to because it’s not fair we are paying the price of a International bank that can’t have good machines doesn’t make any sense. If this isn’t resolved I definitely will be taking my banking elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I've been with this bank and branch for over 25 years and don't recall ever having a problem there.
