**Not great service. I use TD's home and auto insurance products. Have never had an issue. Reliable. However, dealing with the TD branch in Okotoks they seem to have issues returning calls. As a client, I wanted to use their services however after 2 emails, 1 voice mail and multiple calls (no VM left) I gave up. This was over a 2 week period. I ended up going with a broker for our new mortgage. The service was prompt and professional. Try another branch in Calgary if you're looking for quality service.

Don't get me wrong this location has great staff very friendly, but TD is the worst bank out there for the average person, I will be closing my account and will never bank with them again
