Horrible experience. Spoke the manager David Hutchings. He was rude and short and did not help me at all. It seemed like he didn't care and I was wasting his time. Will never return to this branch and will tell my friends and family to stay away

I use to love banking at Td but closing two branches and opening this one branch was a huge mistake. Gone is the personal greetings and feeling welcome now just huge line ups.

Slow.....slow....slow.....[. Did I say slow...).......ever since they amalgamated to one bank....terrible wait times....always....but as a few people have discovered if you walk in with a cane. Or pretend you have a business..they take you immediately....I am a customer but I usually have to Leave and go to bank of Montreal....

It is a nice new building yes but that doesn't make up for the long lines and being under staffed..having to wait nearly half hour for a 5 mins trip to the bank is unacceptable ontop of having to bike all the way down talbot street since they felt the need to screw over all of the people of the west side of town who don't have cars or the money to pay for a cab both ways..closing both locations for this single one was a horrible idea and whoever thought it would be better is a complete idiot and doesnt think of all of the people who depended on the west end branch for their banking, had I have known this was going to happen right after I moved to town I would have not opened TD and went with Scotia Bank instead which I still ponder doing everytime I have to go into this branch which is very seldom since I like to avoid it at all costs so I don't have to kill an hour of my day (with the bike ride) to do some simple banking, thank god for online banking until there is any problems with it

Long wait times not enough staff to cover this banks customers. It was better with 2 locations.
