Clean and tidy throughout, friendly helpful staff and cashiers, only downside is it can be quite busy end of month since the do the government assistance cheques so most take here to cash it..also no parking

Don McNabb and the rest of the staff at the St.Thomas branch have always been helpful and friendly - definitely going above and beyond what you would expect from a bank . I've been with other banks in the area ( in the past ) but none compare with the St.Thomas branch.
