This bank needs to seriously train their staff in customer service. I have been a loyal customer ever since this location opened and recently the more I deal with this place, the worse the service is getting. Today I went in to deposit a simple check like i have been doing for the past 5 years every week to 2nd week, and the young lady behind the counter would not complete the full deposit, because she was not authorized to do so? fine I understand however normally the other clerks would conduct a simple search in there system and have a supervisor or manager authorize the deposit. In this case today, I was told I will need to come back another day when someone was available? WHAT! - this clerk was also rude with sarcastic remarks like '' I should have known'' and gave me the cold shoulder and said there is nothing she could do. BRAVO to her for not only ruining my day but also wasting my time now because I have to go back to make the deposit - absolutely disappointed on how this situation was handled and am seriously considering filing a formal complaint to TD head office. If this is how they want to treat a loyal customer who has been at this branch since they opened well maybe I would recommend trying a different branch just down the road.nnAgain - Very Very disappointed

Fantastic branch. Staff is so friendly, and the service is amazing. Least wait-time I have ever seen and if there is a line the manager comes over to open another station. Once you have an account here you will wonder why you ever used a different bank.

I used the atm after hours so I can't speak about the staff but access to the machine was simple and it is well located.

I wanted to highlight and thank Marie-Eve Charette for her excellent work. My account was defrauded and I was stressed and anxious when I arrived at the bank. Marie-Eve automatically gave me confidence and I felt better when I left the bank after a discussion and with a new card. She is very friendly and has a great work ethic and is very professional.
