Always the worst service. Incredibly rude. Simply trying to deposit cash quickly into my account which ended up taking over an hour due to incompetence. In the middle of helping me , my teller told me she was taking her lunch and I would have to go to the back of the line again! With multiple other staff just watching and letting her act this way. I didn’t understand what was going on and patiently waited and didn’t say a cross word to anyone , but honestly this woman needs to be fired . Perhaps retrain everyone.

We recently moved to Canada and TD bank, betts avenue was my first bank in Canada. We were privileged that we got Ahshan Khan as a bank's representative. He has explained us various options for new account and suitable one for us as a new comer. He also explained the importance of credit card here in Canada. It was very smooth transaction as far as banking experience is concerned. Mr. Khan is very humble and supportive at any point of time. He is an asset to the TD bank.

I think in the TD Betts Ave branch they just want us to open an account with them and they don't want to offer any kind of help or consider our needs/ problem after that. I had a couple of bad experiences in the past and also today on Oct 7th. Actually the staff lack knowledge and understanding the needs of the customer and they just keep saying the same thing like a tape recorder with recorded clips. I have booked an appointment today for general banking so that I can ask questions regarding investments and returns, but they don't have any kind of knowledge and even the staff available who can explain about it. The banker today I had an appointment with was not even allowing me to ask anything or she didn't even try to understand my needs or purpose of my visit. I can say one my wife has an account with RBC and whenever I went with her in RBC they have treated us very professionally and also provided all kinds of banking information in detail. TD Betts Ave particularly is totally unprofessional. Sorry to say.

Located at good place for quick banking needs. However little slow on service. Big parking available.

Locks up so people cant use interior ATM. Tells you to use the exterior ATM. Exterior ATM, BROKEN!
