Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The main branch on 2nd Avenue Saskatoon needs to train the Betts Avenue staff on what customer service means. Truly awful service!

Branch manager is awful!! Extremely disappointed with the service with this branch they just rather pass you off and not deal with you - horrible.

Wow I was shocked to see so many bad reviews for this location!!! Same experience for me, worst customer service received as compared to other branches. 0 out of 5.

The Blairemore branch is horrible, 8th and 2nd ave are great banks the others are pretty good Blairemore is poor for service, poor for personal accounts and horrible for small business, we have over 10 accounts at TD, plus 3 merchant accounts, blairemore is close for us but I think it's time to make the move to a different financial institution. Today I was told I need to make an appointment with a small business advisor to get a key for the night deposit box, we never had to do this at any other branch, they never have coin, slow service, under staffed, manager is not the smartest. Colleen is the only knowledgeable one there.

DONOT GET MORTGAGE FROM TD. THEIR MORTGAGE PRIME IS HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER BANKS!! When every other bank prime was 2.7%, their prime was 2.85% When Other bank prime was 2.95%, TD Mortgage prime was 3.10%. They are essentially screwing ALL variable mortgage customers, and possibly all other customers that have bought fixed mortgages under Interest Rate Differential payout penalty. Stay far way from TD. Go to any mortgage broker for a better deal than this place. Oh.. Did I forget to mention, DONT GET LURED INTO GETTING A TD EMERALD credit card. The bank will give you a low rate for a couple of months, then jack the rate up month by month. When you ask them WHY? and what metric they are using to change the interest rate, their reply is "Your credit score changed". But infact, the credit score remained the same.. then they said "our metrics changed" ... But we cannot disclose the metrics... Lol.. thats like saying "Hey, I will put you in Jail because the law says that you are a bad guy".. you ask "which law?"... they say "the law.. but I cannot disclose you the law".
