I don't feel comfortable doing banking at this location. Half the time, the banking completed is done incorrectly. The tellers don't understand and do not meet my needs. I have been on the urge of switching banks for the last year. Today was enough as the deposited amount was incorrect and I shouldn't have to watch what they are doing like a babysitter to make sure they do it correctly. You should leave a bank feeling comfortable and happy and satisfied. I never do feel comfortable when I deal with this bank.

This isn't my usual branch, but I don't have any problems coming here. Line ups can get long near the end of the month and this location usually never has more than 2 tellers working. They are usually friendly and I like the drive through option.
