We visit our bank usually once or twice a year. Every time we go, wait in the long line. We always notice new front desk staffs, who are newly trained and not so efficient. While standing at the line, we feel like the front desk don’t care whether we wait 10 min or hours. This time, went to see the branch manager to understand the reasons. He was very confident that their service satisfaction is not below average, he was very defensive. Anyhow, if they really care, we would appreciate if they find a way to resolve the issue instead of defending.

The staff at this TD Bank branch are very helpful and friendly, but the branch is severely understaffed. Simple transactions that take 10-15 minutes at other locations often take over an hour here. Despite numerous customer complaints, the issue remains unresolved. When concerns are raised, staff become defensive instead of addressing the inefficiencies. It’s clear that more staff are needed to improve service and reduce wait times.

No reason why I should have to wait a hour and a half with my grandfather. Just to get a card that their branch ATM stole the Sunday before, lady at the front desk was very helpful. But there needs to be more staff.

Try to avoid visiting this branch at all costs. Unfortunately it is the only option in town. Stunned by this low efficiency, horrible horrible customer services they are providing. They stuck at a poor loop where lots of customers, short staffed, tired employees and poor services keep circulating. It seems never it never could have a smooth and comfortable period of time here.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I’ve been using this branch for almost 10 years now. Sometimes I have to wait a bit before I can get an appointment, otherwise no issues.
