It’s so enraging you can’t call someone at the branch. I don’t want to wait hours to get a call center when they’ve disabled my e-transfer capability. Again.n*tellers are pleasant and helpful*nBut a poor banking system if you need to go in person or set aside hours waiting on hold.

Do not like that I gotta go all the way to Timberlea just to do my banking needs. Wish they never moved from their old location in Thickwood.

Terrible customer service. Currently waiting over a week for a call back response due to my work schedule not aligning with their service hours. Wouldn’t recommend this brand

Why do I need ID to make a mortgage appointment in person, but I don't need ID if I make it over the phone!! Doesn't make sense. I will gladly make an appointment with another company!!!

Disappointed with this branch for on multiple occasions there is only one teller and a huge line of customers on a Thursday! Poorly run service and they should do better. Been with Scotiabank for 23 years and this branch is probably the worse I’ve seen for this.
