Poor customer service, and the teller gave me some wrong information when I asked a particular question, he clearly didn't know what he was talking about and I knew that so I didn't bother arguing with him lol & declined me from paying a certain bill. I went to the branch on St Jean and the teller there answered my question just fine, and I was able to make a payment :)

I had really bad experience with the brand manager when I signed my mortgage. She tricked us in signing an insurance contract by telling us half true information. She also promised me to refund my visa card fee but she never got back to me. I would avoid that brand when I do any investment banking with TD.
