If I could give less than 1 star I would. I dont have an account here but my entire family does. My family, in which I have Power of Attorney. They identified me but still couldn't help me. I needed to activate a product that was dormant and they told me to go to my home branch. Very archaic for a top 5 Big Bank if you ask me... I called their own customer service line in front of them to have a better service done for me and the info given to my by customer service was completely different from the branch. The branch kept giving me two home branches to go to.... I felt like my needs and service werent being met and they couldnt wait till I left. The EMPLOYEE that serviced me ALSO encouraged me to make a complaint! how proud are you to work at your Bank if you ENCOURAGED ME TO MAKE THIS COMPLAINT!
