Terrible service. A new card was required and the TD staff proved difficult, unpleasant to deal with and then failed to transfer my account details on the card. Had to sort it out elsewhere. TD has a petty and unprofessional staff.
I have banked with TD for years without any issues. Recently had to apply for a line of credit and Melissa St.Martin did an exceptional job of dealing with my application.
Very limited hours 11-4 and not open on Saturdays. Inconvenient. I went in to try to address a problem with my wife's debit card because she works 8:30-5:30 M-F and they turned me away. We don't want to be on hold on the phone for 5 hours. That's why I came to the branch to get it sorted out...In general, TD is awful. Withdrawal fees and account fees galore. They also didn't have several foreign currencies I wanted before traveling, and one currency I did order took weeks to arrive and it was too late.
I have been banking here as long as I can remember now, always fast and convenient. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
