What a wonderful group of people. I was in and out in less than a minute! Nikki helped me out with my bank draft and Kyla with my mutual fund transaction. Ignore the bad reviews on here, everyone at this branch is a great person!
On one occasion an older lady training a man helped me and was difficult to deal with she never called back as promised and because of her I had to drive to town 40 km away twice. On the second visit though I had a lovely younger lady assist me pleasant and very efficient the second lady 5 stars. The first woman makes me want to deal with a different institution all together.
Don’t book any appointments with this branch, and definitely do not book with Kayla. Get everything in writing and check your financial history often. She does not disclose all the information and if you specifically ask for something or let her know you’re concerned about something, she won’t care enough to ensure you are getting the best product for you. I thought I could trust her to, but her lack of attention to detail and failure to clearly communicate has resulted in significant financial loss for me and has been detrimental on my financial situation. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere where you will be respected and your banking needs will be a priority.
Maybe the laziest level of service I've seen. Not very forthcoming with any thing helpful. But they also treat you like youre commitmenting a crime. Very judgemental, and deadly slow .Also where can I apply for some the settlement that was paid out by you guys for scamming bank fees? Thanks.
Worst TD that I ever dealt with in my life. Every time I go there to cash my work cheques, they treat me as if I’m trying to cash fraudulent cheques. And whoever responds to these, don’t bother to try to justify your weak service because I never get treated like that other than at this specific location. Will not be returning. I’d rather go to Wetaskiwin or Leduc, where they actually value their customers.
