The staff are great, helpful and polite, but the policies and management are horrible. Long waits, terrible hours, and constantly putting up road blocks on what should be simple transactions. When you try to get answers or help, you get the same canned response everytime.
For a bank that is in a city they should be open on Saturday so the people that can’t drive can still do their banking . I thought business where to. Help the community not make them wait longer to get their stuff done . I hope they change how they do business soon
I have left multiple messages I have an urgent matter and no one will call me back. Why have an answering machine when all you do is ignore your customers
Horrible experience trying to cash a government cheque with proper ID - they refused to cash it even though they are required to by law. Incredibly rude and dishonest teller. Stay far far away.
Wonderful staff very helpful and nice. They make you feel like family!
