I made deposit on 2017/12/11 at 3:22pm, I deposited 38 x10$ and 5 rollls2$(5x50$), the staff mistakenly to print to 38x 50$ and 4x2$ rolls (4x50$), I was rush to go Home so I didn’t check the slip.When I was not busy I checked the deposit slip and I found the mistake. I called at 4:41 and 4:44pm and leave a message for the mistake. But I hadn’t got any answers.The next morning I went to the bank to tell them the mistake and they already corrected the over deposite(38x50$ change to 38x10$), The missed one roll of 2$(50$) wasn’t corrected. I talked to them they said the manager will call me back, and I got the response from the manager that no mistake at all. I asked them to verify the camera and she refused, this is not the first they made mistake, it happened before and I found it right away, and they corrected for me. This time I didn’t found it right away and they didn’t refund me. I am very disappointed, I will switch the account to other bank, this td is garbage.

great service by the branch and people. i had been dealing for the last 5 years . sometimes the new trainees might make mistake but overall the branch manager and all other staff quite good as compared to other td branches nearby.

Extremely disrespectful customer service, and in Particular Rebecca TOURANGEAU who works at this branch,disrespectful,egotistical and selfish. You just lost 2 accounts TD because of this unprofessionalism. Never go here.If I could give 0 stars I would!

always make mistakes! one time I paid city tax from this branch and 2 months after I received penalty from city because my tax was not paid. Another time I deposited 20*10(10 rolls of cents), the TD service man told me 20*10, I confirmed, after I received the deposit slip it was 6*10

service en succurasle très bon, par contre, au téléphone (la centrale et non la succursale) service carrément pourri, et je suis gentils, aucun rappel de superviseur, plusieurs plaintes et rien n'est fait, en plus l'application mobile td est souvent en panne donc impossible d'accéder a son compte quand on en a besoin, vraiment ca fait pitier. je recommande donc de changer de banque pour tangerine qui au moin ne rie pas de ses client au telephone...
