Hard to get service in English...Just had a conversation with a teller and it was very hard to understand them. Please hire people who are bilingual or have some form of working English. PS you are called TORONTO DOMINION. I would expect this french only stuff at Desjardins but at TD it's just kinda sad.
Customer service means nothing here! Does not matter if you have been a loyal client for multiple decades!! Going into the branch for help is useless, calling the TD "help" line is useless and don't even get me started on how useless the chat is!! DO NOT BUY ANY "SERVICES" from this branch as they do not honor their end of the agreements. Buyer beware, I am going back to the CIBC where they know how to honor their clients. The screen capture is off of the chat where a "manager" was doing everything she could to get me to go away and be someone else's problem

great service by the branch and people. i had been dealing for the last 5 years . sometimes the new trainees might make mistake but overall the branch manager and all other staff quite good as compared to other td branches nearby.

always make mistakes! one time I paid city tax from this branch and 2 months after I received penalty from city because my tax was not paid. Another time I deposited 20*1010 rolls of cents, the TD service man told me 20*10, I confirmed, after I received the deposit slip it was 6*10
