TD Canada Trust

The service manager at this branch doesn't know what he is doing. Doesn't explain anything properly and in detail and just all around incompetent. You could tell he doesn't truly care about the customer. I have decided to change banks after 10+ years with TD because of this. Poor service

After over 40 years at the same back I have decided to move on to another bank. After numerous banking errors including forgetting to pay the taxes on my home when I had a mortgage with them and their insurance division acting unethically I have decided that TD has lost it's core value of service and have become more interested in short term profit rather than keeping a long term customer. I went so far as to call their ombudsman and was never replied to. I don't care if they stay open day and night...I need a human to work with that understands customer service otherwise what makes then any different then any other bank and deserving of my loyalty.

They just don't care about the clients, they care just about them. I think they are incompetents (the boss). If something its a little bit out of the ordinary (aka cec endorsement that I had for first time in my life) they send you away to other banks and didn't explain you anything, they just defend themselves making you think its something wrong with you and your demand. Went to Laurentian Bank and they was very helpful.

I live in terrebonne and I get my banking done all the way at this TD branch specifically because I always get the best customer service. Especially from Liane who always goes above and beyond for me, when I need something done, she does it right away! She is always smiling and just does an all around great job! Hand down the best service ive ever gotten from a bank and if you're looking for a good bank then this is the bank for you and see Liane!

I went there on Saturday and not many people line up. Service is Ok there.
