Tellers spend too much time talking about personal stuff with customers causing waiting time longer.Not enough cashiers plus seniors need to be seated and not standing long time. Seniors or pregnant women should be seen first .nAll in all the cote st Luc branch sucksnA former employee going back to 1970nYour tellers should dress more appropriately. Customers/ clients are better dressed.

Today , February 24 2023 at 10:39:38. The service was awful, the teller was disinterested and the way she spoke was awful. I believe she is new, I do not know her name,she is a black lady with braids. If ever I go to that bank again I will refuse going to her. Her attitude was not customer service period. She needs more training in customer service. I did one transaction with her then went to the machine outside to finished my business because I did not want to deal with her.

Very disappointing customer service. Overwhelming sense that they couldn't be bothered to help me and would rather I go to another branch.

My first time here. I have an appointment to open a business account, I will keep you posted on the experience.

The number of tellers is never enough for the lineup of customers. Use another branch if you have the option.
