Love this branch. Great Staff and friendly service. Sometimes lines are long as staff talks to customers to long but then again that is what makes great customer service. Open till 6pm on weekdays and closed on weekends, wish it was open a little longer and open on Saturdays as my husband and I rush to the bank on Fridays after work and if we don't make it, we have to go to one of the other locations on Saturday and when you do not have a vehicle it can be a pain. Other then that, glad I made them my branch :D

Not recommended. Go to landsdowne branch. Best bank I have ever been to.

Staff was very friendly. 24 hour access to two machines indoors is nice. The wait is decent in the morning sometimes. They held $500 of mine for two months just to find out that I couldn't get a prepaid credit card :/. No locations downtown open on weekends.

Horrible hours for a downtown location and staff that work at snails pace.... go to the Chemong or Lansdowne location if possible... 2 stars for friendly staff, but sometimes "friendly staff" are the reasons for literally hour long line's
