CIBC Branch & ATM

I came as an international student and I walked into branch to set up my bank. Kuldeep Kaur assist with my banking needs. She's very knowledgeable and kind.

The ONLY reason they get 1 star is I cannot give NEGATIVE stars!!! When you are a grieving family, trying to get your late family member’s estate taken care of DO NOT go here!nnThe lady kept making error after error and would not contact us to let us know they needed info. And when we did contact her she just shrugged it off and blamed everyone else for the issue. We were then RUDELY told she had over 60 accounts she takes care of. IF this agent for the bank cannot handle that many maybe she should have less of a load.nnThe manager, when I politely begged for her help pushed it off and said it was another branch’s problem even thought it is HER branch that has control of the account. After I begged for help, she begrudgingly said she would reach out to that branch and see what they are doing wrong.nnSO the motto of this ENTIRE branch is NOT MY PROBLEM…. It’s someone’s fault. !!!nnNot to mention they never once took the time to understand that they are dealing with people. And people who are grieving and it would help to have this issue finished.nSTAY AWAY !!!! If you have accounts there…. Empty them and RUN RUN RUN!!!!

I went in to conduct some banking with a teller and there was a belligerent customer screaming at the staff. I want to say that the staff handled the customer interaction in a fantastic way and ensured the safety of all other customers in the center, making sure we could all do our banking quick and safe. I hope that all the staff is okay and I appreciate how they handled the situation.

I was new to Canada, I tried making an appointment but the bookings were full so I went to the Bank in the hope to activate my account as I needed to pay my rent soon.nThe employees were really helpful.nI met Jasleen Kaur, she have activated my bank account, she took time out of her schedule to explain me all the things regarding banking.nit was really very helpful.nI'm really thankful to her and other employees.nit's been a delightful experience in the Bank.

Yesterday I was expecting a call from one of the employees from this branch as I have been told to that she is on Lunch break, very odd to have a lunch break at 1540 Hrs. around, anyways no one called I was waiting in the parking lot when I went back in someone inquired about my waiting and I narrated what happened. She said the employees is already with another customer and it's too late today to serve me. She went back and forth and confirmed to me that someone will give me a call exactly at 10 AM this morning. No one called no update whatsoever. Looks like the employees are trying to work but there is a huge communication gap between the employees. No one knows what going around. Hope they will improve their communication skills between them and make sure they are on the same page with the customers. I will update my stars if I find them better in future.
