A magic place! Full of magic people telling you all kind of beautiful stories and in the end all you have is nothing. In short, they know nothing about what they are talking about, and they promise solutions that are not reliable anymore.

Any time I came to this branch , they could not provide me with the service. Opening business account, came for an appointment, didn't get to see the representative . Tried to open a Home equity line of credit - representative forgot about me , 4 months in to it - they've admitted that they lost my file . How can I trust my money to such incompetency!

Friendly service. Sometimes you have to wait to get served, which is a bit odd at TD.

TD Bank is generally a good bank. The staff at this bank is always friendly and helpful. However the bank branch management routinely understaffs the tellers. This means a 15-25 minute wait to talk to a teller is common. Something you don't see at other TD branches Don't go to this branch for teller business unless you really have no other choice. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1 is because the bank and it's employees are good people.
