Administration and ethics are among a start of describing this bank. Unprofessional to say the least. This branch gives TD a bad reputation as I have been with TD for quite some time now and had no issues until this branch.nEnded up taking my business elsewhere.

Great bank to deal with. Excellent services in business accounts and staff is very helpful with their clients needs.

If you want complications and dirtying your name, go to TD! Mistakes upon mistakes, advice from professionals that was not fair and that caused us to increase our mortgage by $750/month... We decided to pay the penalty to transfer with another bank before the end of our term because we could no longer stand their poor service. Now more than a month after signing the papers at the notary and after starting to pay the mortgage with the new financial institution, TD is still trying to charge our old mortgage from our account, causing us fees. We call them, we are told that the error will not happen again. 3 days later, another attempt to take funds from my account with more fees! We just talk to a voicemail, the service is poor. Skip your turn and go to real professionals.
