We were victims of a fraud online, and the fraud department told us to go in person to have it fixed, but once there they made us feel responsible for being scammed AND they didn't even want to help, they told us to come another time and that maybe they might do something, if the director is willing. Horrible experience to go through after all of this. The cashier, named Tatiana, was very incompetent among other things, and other reviews here tell the same thing. We immediately terminated our 15 year old account and do not plan on going back there. Please stay away from this bank!

I’m not satisfied with the cashier names Tatiana , 10 times of the 10. Not respectful, looking down to customer, working slow, always ask for help from her colleagues for all the time.

Your access to on line banking is very bad. You ask nmy client card name and when I type it in, you say you are expecting another answer. What is wrong with the site??
