Hawk Shop

They sold me a fake silver chain, I requested to see them test it with acid and was assured it was real, I figured a local business would be honest. Had it tested a year after purchasing out of my own curiosity, it was fake. These guys are con artists.

I have visited the Hawk Shop several times and always enjoy looking at what they have available for sale and always at a great price. This evening, I walked in with the idea of looking at an inexpensive amp for my 11 year old son who was just given an electric guitar. My son is pretty excited about the idea of learning to play the guitar and of course, an amp would go well with his new acquisition. The proprietor was, as always, friendly and helpful and my son walked out the proud owner of a new guitar amp, quite excited and kudos to the store owner for offering up lots of encouragement and advice to my son as well! I'll have to remember to keep this place in mind to check for things I might want before going out and purchasing brand new.

We went there an hour before closing time, but the owner was already closing up and wouldn't let us shop.
