The staff is great and courteous and they do what they can with type of clientele they get. I do find the lines are extremely long and it doesn’t make sense to wait 45 min to make a business deposit. Please bring back the business counter.
Everytime I go to this branch, it’s a source of frustration! The ATM rarely has money in it and that's IF it works at all, there is often a long, endless line with a minimum of cashiers, even the security guard complains about the service which has considerably dropped since it changed location from Léger. If you need to do a quick transaction, go somewhere else!
While the waiting line is long, I have to give them a perfect score. The staff at this bank is extremely courteous, they take the time with each customer to make them satisfied. I had opened an account online but did it wrong, so I had to go to the branch and even without an appointment they took care of me, opened my account, explained everything. I was afraid to come to this branch because of the google rating. But I understand why it takes a while. They take care of the customers. Thank you very much. I am a satisfied customer.
Don't waste your time on this branch, they've got some much lineup because both of their atm's aren't working properly since months, it isn't swallowing any cash. Customer service is ok but they have no fixed time and date to get it repaired, I did ask the manager.
Staff was able to find an irregularity in the set up of my business accounts and was able to assist. Very friendly service, done in a timely matter with expertise. Thank you. As long as your patient and understand that the staff is also trying to comprehend your issue, you'll have a great service ! Happy holidays
