I have always treated very well. The staff has always friendly and helpful. The staff has been pleasant and friendly. The guys very well anything about your account.
I went to pickup my brand new Visa card at this branch. Very slow service. People were cutting in line, and no one was managing the queue. Once finally at the teller counter, he didn’t even ask if I needed help activating my Visa card or how I could do it myself and also when I asked him to transmit my complaint about why my card was sent to a further branch instead of one closer to my address, he didn’t try to help or find a solution. Instead, he kept giving unreasonable explanations. Overall, a very disappointing first experience at this branch.
Horrible service, the general manager likes to yell at his clients that have been there for 5+ years. Cuts his clients off while they’re speaking and hangs up on them. Never bring your business here!
Worst experience ever special when an employee designated as senir customer experience associate Stefano Mancini will enter randomly into a conversation between a clerk and customer to show his powertrip and then rigth after saying he didnt know the reason exact Instead of trying to fix an issue they push you to come back next day because they dont wanna work anyways been trying to have the problem fix 2nd time im trying and they end up telling me to come next day ! As if all i have to do is coming bank everyday! But this employee above needs a reality check his position i doubt his worthy instead of understanding and find a way just push it away ! They werent able to do anything for me to use the card at the end decided to close he wanted to charge me 20$ at a point they werent activating the card but they were able to charge it and then remove it ! I didnt wanted to go low at his level which i could have but not worth it and left !
Today, I visited the branch to resolve an issue that I expected would take a long time to fix. However, the staff worked diligently and resolved it in under an hour. I’m especially grateful to Jagmohan Kaur, who consistently goes above and beyond to assist clients. Although the bank is always crowded, their quality of service truly deserves appreciation.
