I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received from my bank advisor, Michael Giordano. Despite reaching out several times by email with important questions regarding my accounts, I have not received any replies or assistance. His lack of communication and unwillingness to support clients is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a client, I expect timely responses and proper guidance, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this advisor, as the lack of responsiveness creates unnecessary stress.
Miss Xia is a very nice and professional lady and she is smile for all the customer,must be 5 stars
I had an appointment with Michael Giordano and the service was incredible! He was very informative and helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. I left feeling confident in my decisions and would definitely recommend booking with him.
