This location has made me want to switch banks completely and I've been with them since I first got an account. The ATM machines can no longer be accessed before or after banking hours even though the majority or people work during said hours, and instead of trying to resolve the issue as a company they say it's up to the town to resolve. You locking your doors and preventing people from banking using the machines is not a town problem but a TD problem
I just had a meeting with Jenna to open an RDSP account for my son and she was super helpful and very friendly. She answered all my questions and made the process very easy. It was also done very quickly.
The only bank in town that you can't access their ATMs after hours. Implement a card access lock on the doors, problem solved. Will be switching banks if this issue isn't resolved soon.
Homeless devients in the downtown core robbing and harrassing bankers and instead of having security keeping bank machines safe so people can deposit and get money or pay their bills the lock the nachines as soon as they close rather than adress the problem and leave machines available for at least 3 hrs after close.
