Absolutely the best bank.nnI have shopped around and have experience with all of them, save for CIBC, and TD has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.nnThe customer service is top notch, mutual funds have no fees for selling at any time and their direct invest product is acceptable. Tom at investing is to-the-point and helpful at providing guidance on using their products.nnI'll also add this: The manager, when available, is always willing to provide assistance. Jenna, the only positive thing about banking at BMO also works here now.
I sent our client into the Branch to inquire about a Discharge Statement for the sale of her property as we had not heard back in response to our request for the Statement that had been delivered to the Branch. The woman she spoke with was the Mortgage Manager, I believe and she was extremely rude to her, said nasty things to her about her lawyer and suggested she should get another lawyer. She also dropped the f-bomb which the client did not appreciate. Client does not have e-mail so I'm doing this review for her. The Manager was also rude to me on the telephone as well.
very disgusted in the behaviour of the financial advisor at the midland location working alongside students. my daughter was made to feel like a failure because she’s been unemployed for 1 month and was on EI. Was told she was more than capable to work? she needed thicker skin when we told her she was making her feel uncomfortable and my daughter left in tears and anxious after being criticized about every aspect of her life by this women. and was denied anyway! she assumed she had funding because her indigenous background. and that the hair colour and skin colour will always be discriminated against. This was beyond unprofessional! This location is terrible! i suggested that she finds a better bank! if i could give less than 1 star i would!
Only bank in town open on a Saturday and they closed early. I came to exchange cash for coin for my bar and was told the doors ‘couldn’t be opened’- when they just opened them to let someone out. Tried to tell the teller that I still had three minutes and begged her to help me in this unique situation, but she gave me a run around long enough that 4:00 had passed and then they couldn’t do anything.
Unfortunately this location has the worst financial Advisors/Consultants, very rude one advisor specifically discriminated and judged my daughter. Simply made her feel like being Native & young 19 years old jeopardized her possibility of having a good credit or being a productive member of society. Stated because she was collecting EI after working a contract Job she is fully capable of working... And to find a job and come back. If I could give less then one star I would.
