I just want to talk to someone at the Midland branch. There is no option to do so, unless I know an extension. Which, I do not. No customer service line for MIDLAND. It just reroutes you to the call centre. Which, will do me no good. I need to speak to someone at the Midland branch. Very frustrating.
Poor customer service. Needed a replacement card the branch told me to call the 1800. Spoke to a financial advisor had to try and reach branch kept directing me to there call center. Could not understand what they were saying. Kept transferring me to different people who never resolved my issue had to close the account I was trying to deal with. Been with Scotia over 25 years. Very disappointing
I haven't interacted woth the employees. But having to have to move from the penetang branch to this one sucks. Parking lot is terrible, and I have to go out of my way to get her now just to pull money out. Worst decision scotia has made. I may switch banks
I would not give any stars if I could. I have been with Scotiabank for over 10 years and on Monday my account was compromised. You would think after reporting it to the bank directly AND the fraud department it would be taken care of. No. I now have zero in my account because they were still able to access it. I had to report fraud again, and all they had to say was sorry. What a joke.
They ended up holding an entire check that was deposited and was unwilling to take any action to help resolve this issue upon me calling them to see if they could release it. Instead they got very defensive on call and was unpleasant to deal with. Will be looking to take my business elsewhere as they don't seem to care for their customers in the slightest.
