Its sad that the branch keeps you out side during this heat wave , very disappointed that they keep seniors out side, dont offer drinks . For what I have paid in bank fees and mortgage interest. They can afford it, or have more staff on to move the line quicker . The banks next door let everyone in. I feel the seniors deserve better. The staff was fine. .
Worst branch ever, I been a td Customer for years but the service at this branch is sub par. The manager is extremely rude. TD bank as a hole charges way to many fees . If you are looking for a safe financial institution to put you money in stay clear of td bank
We have now moved to stage 2 in this pandamic and still the bank does not open before 11am and still 2 tellers on at a time. I waited 1 hour in line for service and will now be moving my accounts to the bank across the street where for 1 hour I saw no line up. Already have my appointment tomorrow to bank transfer accounts.
Tangerine is a much better option as a bank or just cross the street and use Scotia bank . My personal experience with Td bank is horrible. I just wish more Canadians knew what options we have as customers. Tangerine does not charge monthly fees Most credit unions do not charge fees Td bank is for profit. Hence the heavy advertisements. Td bank is not your friend
Worst branch ever. Business people stay away. I'm done. Moving to another bank. Too many problems and it's not worth it.
All of the ladies that work at TD Amherstburg are really friendly and helpful. It makes a big difference to have helpful and friendly staff. Service is great!
