Worst customer service when calling the 1-800 numbers; only to be told to call the branch. Can't talk to a person there either, just get told to leave a message. How is any of this helpful?
Worst Bank ever. all they want is just your money.. i’m with TD for 9 years and all they gave me is a 500$ Secure Credit card when i apply for Loc the banker who i applied through she don't even show any interest to speak with me. ATB is best ..!
Still using an awful appointment scheduling platform to just go into branch. I just want to get a bank draft from my account; no option to do quick,basic banking when booking appointment. Have to select "review my everyday banking needs" and then no appointments for 2 days and they auto book for 1 hour appointment. It would be 5 minutes at most! TERRIBLE SYSTEM- Wished I banked anywhere else!

They made mistakes on my credit report, "Laura" said she would fix it in 60 days. So when they make mistakes expect them to take there sweet time fixing it. They said they would do it faster if I used another financial agency, applied for credit then printed out the information. Basically I just see incompetence, I suggest go elsewhere. The teller staff where very nice.
used location for 6 years and never had an issue! very clean, some long lines during peak hours like 5 pm but just go on off times.
We do all our banking with TD from accounts, TFSA, visa, vehicle loan and mortgage. Our term on our mortgage was up, TD was impossible to reach. We ended up selling and purchasing a new house and went to scotia bank. They were very friendly and easy to get a hold of. TD refused to match our rate from Scotia. TD charged a huge! Pre penalty for ending our mortgage with them 2 months prior to term expiring. We will be pulling all our accounts from TD and recommending everyone else! Poor customer service and interest rates are better at the other large Canadian banks.
I went in to ask what I'd need to change my last name as I was getting married. The lady said to come back with my marriage certificate or divers license with my new name on it. So I came back after I got married with my new license and marriage certificate and a new lady said I had to make an appointment. I don't live in Leduc so I was very frustrated! Leduc is the closest td bank to my home. I wish the first lady told me to book an appointment before coming in. Needless to say it's been over a year and according to td, I'm still the same person with my maiden name. I never did update it. What's so hard about changing my name at the teller. I've seen people there take 20 minutes for whatever reason yet they can't take 10 minutes to change my name? This branch is lazy.
Customer service is absolute garbage. They're lucky they're the closest branch to the leduc area. 25+ year member of TD and this is the worst brand. Would be better off if they closed this branch.
Came in during "senior hours" by accident and was treated like i commited a felony. Staff is rude, and do not know how to deal with people. I was talked to like i was stupid, tried calling to talk to the manager and havnt heard a word. Dont go here, go somewhere else. The staff here needs classes on customer service and how to approach people.
