I've never had an issues with my Pelham branch. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, efficient personable since I'm a regular lol Cheryl, Jay, Tellers Mngr Odette forgot some names- seeing some new faces in general good service. Only thing I'm seeing recent;y is longer wait time in lobby, not sure can be since it's the holidays and staff might have been on vacation and/ or out.
I stood there for 10 minuets and no one acknowledged my presence. I then went to the teller who was very helpful, but unable to complete my transaction. I continued to wait for the customer service representative. I was going to rate it 2 stars, but when she attended to my request she was very nice and accommodating.
Staff is pleasant. Never had an issue inside. However, it seems like the parking lot was designed so that no one would ever use it. You have to be on Lincoln going south to get in so during the day when there's a lot of traffic it's an absolute pain to get into. Terrible design and a waste of space since no one ever uses it.
The worst bank I have ever encountered. I opened an account with a check from TD and it took 4 days to clear. I never got a debit card and have been trying to call them for days. Every customer that goes through the drivethrough takes at LEAST 15-20 minutes to complete their transaction. They never answer the phone in the Pelham Branch. I am taking my money out of TD and bringing it elsewhere.
After being a customer for over 15 years the women who works there could not replace my scratched atm card because the only form of id i had was a us passport card ....funny i have been using it for years as id ..... Issued by the u.s government and good enough to board a plane ....time to move my $ 42,000 to another bank ....so long t.d
I like TD Bank. Tellers and management staff are friendly, but the wait time for service there can be somewhat aggravating at times. Overall, the staff there are on point.
Used this bank for a while now, since I moved to mount Vernon. Service is great and free parking lot. Impressed!
Ignored at entrance. Rude when trying to service. Couldn’t help me. 0/3 won’t come back.

There is no consistent between their fraud, customer service and bank branch coordination whatsoever.
