I just got off the phone with a customer service rep. She directed to leave a voice mail but there was no voice mail feature. I did not have my client card and told her so. She insisted that i didn't tell her. I found her rude and deliberately put me through a system that would not work. I just wasted my lunch hour! Now, you know.
