BEWARE!!!! This bank is the absolute worse!! I closed my checking account by withdrawing all of the money from it. This bank proceeded to charge me fees every month and refused to close my account, without me going to the bank in person. As long as the account was “OPENED” they charged me fees. I am busy and don’t have the time to visit the bank to close the account. This is not complex, just close it! I just learned that for the $200 in fees they racked up they sent me to a collection agency. Ver petty! I have over $100,000 in other accounts and I will be closing all of my accounts at this fee hungry , ripoff bank. I’ll go to another bank that is with the times and has online banking options.i wish I could give a negative 5 review.
After waiting 20 minutes for the single teller to wait on me I must say that teller deserves a raise and a promotion. The second working teller left for lunch while the place was jammed with people inside and out. The working teller kept his cool was polite, helpful, he assisted me on an transaction unfamiliar to him, and competent. He dispatched with me in a few short minutes. Any business would be lucky to have him and I'm sorry I didn't get his name.
