Chase Bank

Christine is an angel from heaven above. She took customer service to a new level as she assisted me in resolving an account that had sat delinquent for quite a while. It took us some time but she tried absolutely everything to help me out and eventually she succeeded by thinking outside of the box and guiding me the whole way through. It’s not often you see someone working in customer service who is pleasant, dedicated, has a sense of humor, knows every hoop to jump through and puts their heart into what they do. Christine, you rule!!!

I called from Canada to find out whether my recently deceased sisster had a safe deposit box so I can file the appropriate paperwork with the Surrogate Court and Anna TWICE told me she would call me back, and TWICE just did nothing. Jessica latina was wonderful on the phone, called me and gave me the # for Chase Estates people who deal with dead clients but they could not tell me whether there was a safe deposit box. They said only the branch could. This branch: not so helpful. Anna -- not helpful at all. You don't just say, I'll have someone call you back, then don't make that happen. Common business courtesy.

Normally I would give five stars for this review, but when I tried to withdraw $2 million in cash from this ATM, Chase said that it could only dispense $1 million. That’s wack! >:

Always takes FOREVER at the drive thru!! They need to have more than one teller open at once for the whole bank, but they can't seem to do that.

The teller asked the manager to help us and the manager said to wait for the supervisor while she goes out to smoke and drink some water. Lazy lazy lazy
