Although a bit hidden, when I found this spot I instantly discovered different approaches to wellness for my body. Kai is so knowledgeable and helpful for whatever body treatment you need. I go to her regularly for massages and help with injuries since I'm a dancer. I would highly recommend this place and Kai's practice - she is so caring and helpful always.

Warm and inviting ppl. Had a 60min Swedish massage with Lucy, and although they don't have RMTs, Lucy is very thorough, and IF you need she can be really strong at kneading muscles. She was very open to paying attention to other part such as my neck when I asked and was accommodating to when I needed pressure changed. Lucy is definitely recommended, her English is great and she can conversate on almost any topic if you want a chat, otherwise she can let you relax and enjoy the session. As for the venue, they even have a shower with amenities so if you want you can take a shower. It's a very clean, standing-shower with a toilet and all sorts of lotions and shampoos. The lounge there is water, a TV. Overall, pretty nice place and nice folks.

Great place. In response to the comment below that says "if you don't tip she will block your number and never see you again" We never tipped her. And we've been going there for a couple of years. Never had an issue . Always friendly and helpful.

Kay is a master body worker and I am very fussy! Her eyes and hands always know where to go. For lighter touch, pick Lucy instead.

If you don’t tip Kay she’ll block your number and you won’t be allowed back. Go to a real professional that cares about you and your health, not just your money.

I love this place, the massage are affordable and you feel so much better after.

Kay is awesome, ask for her to be gentle with you and you will be in heaven!
