TERRIBLE SERVICE! Today i called and called and called and sat on hold for upwards of FIFTEEN MINUTES (I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES) on hold with a BROKEN ON HOLD SERVICE! It asked me to press 1 to hold EVERY 15 SECONDS!!! And then it stopped working!!! It would ask me to press 1, then I'd press it and itd ask me IMMEDIATELY! NO WAIT AT ALL! Machine was broken AND with no answer??? RIDICULOUS! MY PARTNER DOESNT WANT ME WRITING THIS REVIEW BUT I WILL NOT HIDE THE TRUTH!!! I WILL ONLY EVER USE UBER FROM NOW ON! this is why cab companies are failing!!! #TAXISSUCK Matt wuz here

It would be nice if the taxi companies in Oshawa were available when needed instead of being monopolized by people on assistance. Get more cars and drivers!

Driver, Tariq ARAFAT, smoked and assaulted me ~ grabbed my bag, pulled & twisted my arm. THE WORST SERVICE!

Are cab drivers not licensed to drive on the 401? The driver tried to tell me that a route in Oshawa from Rossland/Stevenson to Wentworth/Harmony was faster by not taking the 401. Obviously, they are paid by metered fare and that meter runs while stopped in traffic. I'm sure by sheer coincidence he picked the route that had school buses lined up to get into the school parking lot and other cars doing the same. And what do you know, there are more lights on Wilson then on Stevenson, another coincidence. I feel that this was done on purpose to bump the fare on a slow day. I will no longer use your service and I will privately and publicly recommend others do the same.

See them everyday behind the liquor store or beside Staples at the Oshawa Center smoking in the cars on the free wifi from Staples. One early morning the driver was urinating in the bush, when he saw me coming he took off before I could get close enough to say something or get a photo. The cars stink of cigarette smoke. I only use Uber now.
