Does not come promply. Standard for them to say 5-10 min eta. Call 20 min later and will be told the same eta. Poor service. Requested a receipt which was told would be emailed and never was. A few good drivers but the company itself has poor service.
This has happened multiple times I tell the cab person where I'm going... they repeat it and then drive in the opposite direction which costs me more money.... that is ridiculous... I'd rather have someone ask me where it is than do that to me as my time and money is precious
Had booked a car at 9pm the previous night for 6am pick up the next morning. At 6:15 called and they hadn't assigned a car. Car was finally here at 6:30.
