I had called asking for a pick-up in 45 minutes in Tigard. A man called me back and said that he was on"the other side of Beaverton" and "there was a wreck" on 217, so he'd have to call the guy working in Tigard to try and pick me up. He told me he would call me back. I waited ten minutes with no call. I had to call him back for him to tell me his guy in Tigard wasn't working, so I'd have to call a different company. I would expect an experienced can driver to be able to go around 217 by, I dont know, maybe Hall or Murray, or any other little side road to get to Scholls Ferry. Worst part, I checked Waze and didn't see any wreck or giant back up that would take 45 minutes to go from Beaverton to Tigard, but whatever. Good luck.

Do they really have a license? An absolute disgrace. Cab was disgusting, filthy, trash all over, smelled, seat belts didn't work. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Is the company registered with the Better Business Bureau? They should not be in business; feared for my own safety.

Horrible service. They never arrived and never communicated anything to me about it after over an hour of waiting and me needing to call them to check on it. The fact that one of the 5-star reviews on here is from Orange Cab shilling itself should tell you something of the kind of company you're dealing with. I recommend Metro Cab instead, if you're in the Hillsboro / Beaverton area - great people to deal with, and they are prompt and communicate well.
