I won't call on Radio Cab again. This morning about 8:15 I called dispatch, requesting a pickup at 10:00 am. I communicated all the information, that my husband and I were taking our grandson to church, that we were not able to drive this morning, that my grandson and I are disabled, that our destination was about 10 minutes away toward downtown Hillsboro that it was quite important that we arrive on time for church at 10:30. I received a text almost immediately concerning our reservation. Time went by. By several minutes after 10:00, our ride had not arrived. I was told by the dispatcher that it was Sunday, and he did not have many drivers. He said he had a driver 8 miles away. By 10:30, no pickup. I called again and was told there was no driver available. We tried another company but were not successful. We did not make it to church this morning. If the dispatcher had told me up front that he had no driver, maybe I could have started with another company. If there had ever been a driver initially available, he probably opted for a longer delivery. Penny York.

I'm a vet. My first experience was a little off I'm not going to sugar coat it but the last few times have been great. Great drivers that are courteous and prompt to get you where you're going. Love them.

My car battery died tonight and I was able to be picked up in 7 minutes from my call. The cab driver called to let me know ETA. He was great to work with and was super helpful. It was an excellent first impression and first cab ride ever!! THANK YOU. By the way....they do jump starts!!

They were quick to responding but after that they drive way under the speed limit to milk the clock make as much money as possible I got charged 29.00 to go 8.8 miles they r from around there I was not and they ask u which route u want to go?? Of course the fastest they r a rip off mostly on new yrs eve when no one wants to drive!!!! Theives!!!!

Used them for months, twice every week to PDX. They didn't show up for a morning pickup to bring my entire family to the airport. Weren't able to tell us why or when we could expect a cab. Ended up having to drive and missed the flight. Called the "dispatch manager" and left multiple messages trying to resolve the issue. Never got back to me, was treated rudely when I tried other departments. $160 bucks a week and this is how we get treated as customers? I spent $30 extra per trip attempting to support a local business. Not anymore. To be fair the drivers are mostly nice but management is atrocious. Spend your money somewhere they appreciate it.
