Tax Aid

Leslie Langille had been doing my taxes for 20 years and is always available to answer questions year round. While I could do mine myself, I know that her and her team understand the tax rules better than I do as they deal with it every day. My taxes involve employment expenses and rental income and it’s reassuring to have a professional make sure I am compliant with CRA.

I would highly recommend Tax Aid Parkway Mall – in particular, Leslie Langille. You often hear people use the term “above and beyond” so much so that it seems cliché, however, it's so very true of Leslie. She knows taxes and can advise you on how to save moving forward. Also, she's there year round if I have a tax related question. I really don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. I came upon Leslie a few years ago after having initially contacted the “Bucky the horse” people who would not take a cursory look at my prepared tax forms without charging me full price. I would not have minded paying something for a few minutes of their time but I'm happy they refused. Long story short, Leslie said she would have no problem taking a quick look at what I had prepared. Since that time, I decided to leave my taxes to the professionals and have been with them ever since and will continue to depend on their professionalism and knowledge in the future.

I have been going to H & R block for years saying I have to try somewhere new every year, finally I came to tax-aid this year upon recommendation of my friend and in my 15 years of doing tax's this has been by far the most pleasant experience I have had getting my tax's done.
