Beautiful cozy local restaurant food was fresh and delicious went out of our way to visit and was so worthwhile. fully recommend stopping by if passing close or even just driving from far to taste something different. It’s also kid friendly
This was my first time there and I gotta say I can’t wait to go back. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was fun. The servers were absolutely wonderful. I loved everything about this place. The decor the vibes. Everything everything you absolutely have to go there !!!!!nThe food was so good. The drinks were delicious. The desserts were to die for I mean, there is not one thing I did not like.
The dishes were all delicious. We started with calamari and shrimp and it was super tasty. Some members of the party had steak and fries and another had the ray, which I was told was delicious and tastes like lobster. I had the surf and turf. It was absolutely delicious. The sauce was second to none.nnI do, however, have 3 comments.nn1. It was super noisy in the restaurant - hard to have a conversationn2. The a/c mini split wall unit was directed straight towards our table and made it unpleasantly cold.n3. I paid $66 for a surf and turf that comes with a 6oz filet mignon. The steak they served was ladened with silverskin. It was difficult and unpleasant to trim to get to the real meat. I was tempted to reduce the rating to 4 stars for this reason, but the taste was so good I decided to leave the 5 stars.
Very accommodating to non French speakers and rhe food was amazing, will definitely be back.
The service at the Tavern is fantastic, the staff know the menu & can recommend quality handcrafted cocktails. The food is delicious! I’ve been several times & each visit was a positive experience.nThe owner is so welcoming & remembers her clientele. Very personable.nIt can get quite busy so better make Reservations. Enjoy!
