I always get the Pad Thai and I’m never disappointed! Cute atmosphere, attentive service. Good vegetarian options too- definitely Worth visiting.
I have fond memories of when I was a high school student working as a research assistant at Syracuse University and going into the nearby College Town every once and while to grab some lunch. Taste of Asia automatically caught my eyes and I went a few times to try some of their Thai noodle dishes and curries. It was my first ever experience trying Thai cuisine and it definitely got me hooked on it. All of the food I've tried there is incredible but the massaman curry especially is to die for.
Out of all the times I've been here I've had nothing but a great experience! The owner is a kind man who takes time to talk to his patrons and actually tries to remember them which many don't. The staff are attentive and will address any concerns you have in a timely manner. The food is good and always delicious. I love the Yellow curry and for $13-18 depending on if you add additional proteins it's a heafty serving that can keep you going for the day. Please remember this is NOT a chain restaurant this is a family owned one and they do their best! The parking is horrible but that's just Marshal street in general. The negative reviews you see don't seem legit or even valid from my 2+ years coming to this establishment not once have I seen any type of insect or any health concern the restaurant is always clean and welcoming.
We have been there a few times and never disappointed. Good Asian food with friendly atmosphere. Don't forget to try Pho Vietnamese Noodle Soup and Fried Calamari.
Staff and food is nice. But the owner is very rude. I would never go to this place again.
We stopped here for a quick meal and we got so much more than we expected. The bubble tea for one was outstanding, the service was fast and always made sure we had any refills. The entrees we're fast, hot and we had no issues what so ever. The deserts were excellent and not overpriced so all in all I highly recommend, you don't be disappointed
The place was excellent I had Vietnamese soup one of my favorites waiter staff was excellent and very friendly.
Best Thai food in Syracuse. I’ve been going here since my freshman year and haven’t found one thing that I’ve disliked yet. The service is always amazing and the waitresses are so friendly and talkative. Restaurant is clean and good vibes. Highly recommend the curry and spring rolls. 5 stars for sure.
Me and my friends were really excited to try this new place, it was inviting and advertised their food really well but seconds after we received our food our friend picked up their sandwich and saw a maggot on her hand. The manager called and told us that they don't use pesticides so that just happens.
Ok, so the food isn't bad for one of the few pho places in the area. BUT the prices have risen astronomically in the span of just 1.5 years--at the beginning, it was $12, now, it's $16. What is going on? The portions are also very small; I would have to buy two bowls of pho to be full, but I cannot afford that. Getting to be more and more an occasional treat, or a "coupon on Grubhub" treat.
