The Tangled Bobbin is dedicated to high quality, prompt, affordable service. We perform all types of alterations and specialize in the bridal and formal attire markets. Owner Raynelle Yanishewski has been providing alteration services to the Grande Prairie region for over 10 years.

Great consignment selection, also all clothes and shoes I have bought from the consignment area have been excellent quality and last as long as items bought new.

No care in their customer service. I felt like I was being rushed out. Had no faith that the woman would do what I wanted she didn't seem like she was paying attention. Got a text that my alteration was done. Same hurried, uncaring service as when I dropped it off. I try it on it's fine but they didn't add in the piece I wanted but whatever it fit in the arms. When I get home I notice all they did was rip the seams and the garment doesn't sit right in the shoulders even though I never told them to touch them. So I paid for them to rip seams and nothing else. Poor work and poor customer service.

Replaced the zipper in my jacket. Awesome job. Better zipper then when new.
