We were here for the first time and it was almost closing time. The staff was very friendly. We tried several options: a grilled sandwich, oatmeal cookie, bear claw and ice cream sandwich. Everything was really good! Hope to try more pastry soon!
I love tall tree bakery. Staff is always so friendly, and their baked goods are always top-notch. I definitely recommend their cinnamon buns. Chocolate croissant is also good. They have homemade ice cream sandwiches in the summer so don’t miss out! My favourite bakery ever!
Excellent local bakery and patisserie - just about everything we had was delicious. The sourdough and cookies were particularly amazing. The scones excellent. We bought sandwiches for lunch and they kept well and weren't just all bread. Highly recommend!!
Great treats, lovely staff, the cinnamon bun and ham and gruyere croissant are a must try. Also, may I add that the people who have left negative reviews because the business in question sells out of goods can get stuffed; be happy a local business is doing well and stop complaining about not being able to acquire artisan baked goods whenever you want. However if you were open 7 days a week I wouldn't complain...
I’ve only tried their baguette and while the flavour was ok I found the crust quite thin and lacking the chewy texture a good baguette should have. The crumb was very closed and dense, again lacking the open crumb and light texture of a good baguette. It was very similar to a grocery store baguette. Would not recommend.

Best baked goods I’ve had in the entire Sea to Sky and Vancouver region! Almost as good as Mazzetti’s in Pacifica, California and that’s quite a feat. One request for Tall Tree…please accept all legal tender, cash is money!
I loved loved loved every single thing I had here - chocolate croissant, lemon tart, and cinnamon roll. All the pastries were extremely well made.
Everything here is delicious, but there are a few standouts. I brought home pretzels for an afternoon snack. My cousin who was visiting was in awe, “I haven’t had pretzels this good on this side of the Atlantic” He used to live in Germany. So yeah, they’re good. Also the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are perfection, my fave cookie of all time.
Outstanding baked goods. When the chocolate caramel tart is up, all bets are off!!! Amazing bakes
