We are fortunate to have a really good Indian place in White River Jct, they are few and far between in northern New England. My wife and I take out two or three times a month and are never disappointed.

This place could be spot on if they just served their food with more spicy heat like Indian food should have (granted local preferences for non spice). If you want it spicy you must tell them you like habaneros and Thai chilis or they won't believe you. That aside, the portions are decent and the samosas are really really good (nothing like you get in the local COOPs and that's a good thing). The chicken vindaloo is quite delicious and the tikka masala is really good if asked for extra heat and gram masala. We've had the naan come out more burnt than not so we no longer order it. The lamb is tender but the chicken tends to be tough cube sized chunks. All in all the best option around when you are craving Indian.
