I've been to this location a few times over the years. The food and service are good and what I expect from A&W. My issue is with the accessibility, or lack thereof. I come to the area to visit my mother, who is now in a wheelchair and this location advertises itself as accessible. It is not very accessible to someone in a wheelchair, unless they have assistance.nnFirst issue is the parking lot. The accessible parking spot is located near an entrance, yet the curb closest to that entrance lacks the ability for a wheelchair to get to it and you have to cross the parking lot behind parked and moving vehicles. This is not safe.nnSecondly, once at the door, there are no automatic door openers for any set of doors that exist to enter the building. So you must have someone there to assist you with holding the door open. This is while you're conquering the rampless entry. As there is a sizeable threshold that anyone using an assistive mobility device has to get over.nnLastly, as a friendly reminder to the owners of this location/building, automatic door openers have been commonplace in businesses for many years, and for very good reasons. They will also be required by law in 2025. Step up your game and remove the barriers for those who use assistive mobility devices and make the necessary corrections to make this location truly accessible to all.
We have ordered wraps online and they don’t have it in the store. They should replace that with something and the customer associate told us we can only give you one burger against 4 wraps. At last the manager put the chicken in the wrap and made it. See the amount of chicken in wrap. Just making fool of customers.
Fast service though not busy by the time I arrived well after supper. Convenient stop along the Trans Canada hwy. Nice and clean
Typical A&w experience. My only complaint was it was pretty slow. However the food I did receive was fresh so you can't even complain too much about the speed. It was quite busy
I paid $4.39 for a small smoothie and the man couldn’t be bothered to fill it all the way. Food took way too long and before I could ask him to fix it he disappeared and left one girl and huge lines. Disappointed in the customer service. Food was okay.
