Afshin of Tactic roofing was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable when he returned my voicemail. He showed up as promised and also called ahead to make sure I was available before arriving at my residence. He surveyed the problem I was having both internally and externally. Took photos to show me the problem areas and gave me options for the fix. I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty in the advice given. He worked in a quick timely and efficient manner and showed me photos of the repairs done and also did some preventive touch ups to the roof for possible future problems. When it comes time to replace the shingles on my roof I will definitely be a returning customer. I also highly recommend him/Tactic Roofing for all your roofing issues.

Although fully booked after heavy winds took shingles off my roof. Afshin made time early in the morning to come to my house and fix my roof. He was quick and professional.

Afshin came to my house early on good friday. He fixed my roof leak and made recommendations on what I should do to completely fix my issues. He was very prompt professional and knowledgeable. I liked that he didnt impose his services and merely made suggestions he provides quotes and only does things with your permission so there will never be a surprise cost. I recommend tactic roofing 100%

Afshin gave a genuine quote and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. Did his job efficiently despite of bad wheather. I am pretty happy with the job that he did and will definitely recommend.
